HOLIDAY FEES

Additional $10 will be applied on the following holidays: Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July Weekend, and Labor Day Weekend due to the demand for those evenings. If you wish to book one of those dates, we HIGHLY recommend doing so far in advance.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Additional $10 fee may be applied for

• Job requests with less than 24 hours notice (may apply);
• Each additional family per job per calendar day may be charged an additional $39

PAYMENT

Your credit will be charged for the placement fee at the time of the job date. Families are expected to compensate sitters directly for their childcare services. 

CANCELLATION *please read*

To cancel your email please login to the website or the app.

Once the confirmation email has been sent and the placement process has been completed then the family is responsible for the placement fee of $39 if they choose to cancel.

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your sitter due to arrive you are responsible for paying the sitter 50% of the job paid directly to the sitter. 

TRANSPORTATION

Families are not responsible for transporting the sitters. There may be a $12 fee if you live in Squam, Pocomo, Madaket, Sconset, or Tom Nevers if we are unable to secure a sitter who lives nearby.
