NannyTucket believes in quality service. We differ from other agencies in that we charge a placement fee per calendar day placement. By doing so, our sitters earn more, ensuring better candidates and better quality for your family.

During our booking process, we help families determine a fair hourly rate to pay their sitters based on job requirements. We communicate the agreed hourly rate and job requirements to the Family and Sitter via email prior to the job. It’s the Family’s obligation to honor the agreed upon rate & to pay the sitter immediately after each job.
